How reliable are your services and how do you handle inventory management and what technology do you use?

Given our industry leading proprietary software and scalable repeatable warehouse processes we are extremely reliable and can deliver accurate packing and reporting at any order volume. Inventory management and live reorder points to avoid backorders are accessible through your client dashboard in G.F.S (Global Fulfillment System) and report in real time.

What is your process for order fulfillment, including cut-off times and peak season management?

After connecting your store to G.F.S we receive your orders via A.P.I in real time and any order in our system before 10am will ship the same day, after 10am, orders will ship the next business day. Peak seasons we run double shifts and offer later cut-off times where required.

What is your pricing structure and are there any hidden fees?

Our pricing structure is extremely competitive and transparent. No hidden or upfront fees apply. Know what you pay per order with reporting breakdowns in your G.F.S dashboard.

How much room for additional business do you have in your facility?

We typically run each facility to 80% capacity with additional offsite space available if required.

Which parcel carriers do you use?

We use a combination of all major carriers and leverage our shipping volume to negotiate extremely competitive rates across all of our clients large or small.

Can you help with returns?

Yes we can process weekly returns and return to inventory any product if undamaged after passing our rigid return inspections, reports are available in G.F.S

Where are your facilities?

We operate from dual facilities domestically, offering bi-coastal shipping reducing the shipping footprint and shipping costs.

Do you offer custom packaging?

Yes. We specialize in helping brands create memorable unboxing experiences.
